As an Event Manager, you are passionate about realizing exceptional events for our guests.

Your responsibilities include:

· Overseeing all aspects of event operations, from the first contact with the guest to the final follow up.

· Managing the team, ensuring everyone is well-trained and motivated.

· Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and maintenance of all conference spaces and breakout areas.

· Coordinating with the event department at the Head office.

· Collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions.

· Being proactive in looking for new opportunities of business.

· Ensuring a good relationship is maintained between the departments of the hotel.

· Delivering prompt and efficient service that maintains the highest standards while adding a touch of warmth.

· A passionate commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

· Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.

· Excellent communication skills.
