EXPORT MANAGER Province of Turin - Italy
Our client is a dynamic and innovative Italian company at the forefront of personal care and beauty sectors. Their mission is to offer high-quality, cutting-edge products to markets internationally.
The ideal candidate, reporting directly to the CEO, will be responsible for implementing and developing export strategies to drive sales growth in international markets, purely US and EMEA. This role requires a strategic mindset with a deep understanding of foreign market dynamics. Main Responsibilities: - Develop and execute export strategies to achieve sales and market expansion goals.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on the personal care and beauty sectors.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with international distributors, agents, and partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and freight shipment agreements.
- Oversee the entire export process, including documentation, logistics, compliance, and customs regulations.
- Create and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure objectives and smooth execution of export activities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-oriented field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of export management experience, ideally in the fashion, health, or beauty industries.
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, compliance, and customs procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
From €80,000 to €100,000 gross salary with performance-based bonuses, according to the experience and technical skills. Comprehensive benefits package.
