Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

The Venue Broadcast Coordinator has the key role to coordinate the planning and delivery of all facilities and services for OBS (Olympic Broadcasting Services) and Media Rights Holders in competition and non-competition venues.

Main Challenges:

• Capacity to manage projects and deliver according to deadlines.
• Ability to analyze and understand complex situations and suggest/take appropriate decisions and measures.
• Good coordinator with common sense and able to prioritize.
• Assist in the overall planning, definition and delivery of broadcast facilities and services in competition and non-competition venues, in close collaboration with OBS.
• Assist in the definition of technology, energy and furniture requirements for venues in liaison with the relevant Functional Areas.
• Participate in venue team meetings.
• Assist the Head of Broadcast Services in all other relevant matters as required.
  

• Knowledge of international sports media landscape.
• Clear understanding of the needs of OBS and Media Rights Holders and knowledge of their activities and work approach both before and during Games Time.
• Pro-active approach and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in detailed planning, implementation and delivery of broadcast operations at international sport events, preferably in previous Olympic Games.
• Experience in event management, including working with and coordinating suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Driving License
