As an IT support specialist you will be responsible for:
- Management and hardware & software of PCs, Servers and resolution of technical problems
- Preparation of new workstations and work tools for internal employees (PCs, utilities, telephones)
- Laptop and smartphone management using Endpoint Manager and MDM tools
- Management of the VoIP system telephone switchboard (creation of extensions, creation of queues)
- Configuration and maintenance of computer peripherals
- Basic management of Windows server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 - Active Directory domain (user / group / policy creation) - Azure AD
- Drafting documentation for internal use by the team and/or for the end user
The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the same role
- Excellent knowledge of the main operating systems
- Willingness to undertake short domestic assignments
- Management of relations with various suppliers to coordinate activities
- Basic knowledge of networking aspects (switch, firewall, vpn)
- Basic knowledge of electrical/plant engineering
- Sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and flexibility
- Ability to teamwork
- Willingness to work shifts (9:00 - 21:00 coverage)
The following skills will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of the Atlassian Jira suite
- Knowledge of the Ivanti Endpoint Manager and Ivanti Neurons product
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
