We are hiring for the position of a Procurement Manager to be based in the office of Euromed Pharma DACH in Großbeeren / Berlin for immediate start.
About the Job As a Procurement Manager at Euromed Pharma DACH you will be responsible for the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services essential for the company's operations. This role involves developing a procurement strategy, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring that the procurement processes are align with company goals and compliant with policies and regulations.
What you'll be doing - Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, handle inquiries, and assist in the evaluation of supplier performance.
- Prepare and process of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules. Ensure that all procurement documents are properly filed and archived for audit purposes.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
What you need to be successful - Education: High school diploma or university degree. Additional certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role (minimum 2 years), preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of procurement software and tools, and knowledge of SAGE software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills with suppliers, colleagues, and other departments.
- Ability to collaborate and support with various teams.
- Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
