We are hiring for the position of a Procurement Manager to be based in the office of Euromed Pharma DACH in Großbeeren / Berlin for immediate start.

About the Job

As a Procurement Manager at Euromed Pharma DACH you will be responsible for the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services essential for the company's operations. This role involves developing a procurement strategy, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring that the procurement processes are align with company goals and compliant with policies and regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, handle inquiries, and assist in the evaluation of supplier performance.
• Prepare and process of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules. Ensure that all procurement documents are properly filed and archived for audit purposes.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

What you need to be successful

• Education: High school diploma or university degree. Additional certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role (minimum 2 years), preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of procurement software and tools, and knowledge of SAGE software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication skills with suppliers, colleagues, and other departments.
• Ability to collaborate and support with various teams.
• Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
