For a multinational industrial company, the Italian headquarters is looking for a: FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Reporting to the CFO and working cross-functionally with other company areas, the candidate will lead the Administrative and Financial department. Specifically, the main responsibilities will be: - Supervision of general accounting: management and coordination of civil accounting, including clients, suppliers, fixed assets, inventory, and bookkeeping.
- Monthly and quarterly closings: preparation and management of accounting closures in compliance with deadlines and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
- Cash flow management through monitoring and reporting, ensuring proper management of company liquidity.
- Management of relationships with banks and coordination of treasury activities, including financial optimization tools.
- Ensuring the company’s tax compliance, tax declarations, and collaboration with tax authorities and consultants.
- Management and preparation of documentation related to transfer pricing for intercompany transactions.
- Supervision of the preparation of the annual financial statements and coordination of audit-related activities.
- Relationships with auditors and supervisory bodies (statutory auditors, supervisory bodies) and management of internal and external audits.
- Management of corporate insurance, including credit insurance.
- Coordination and development of the administrative team, promoting a cross-functional and autonomous work environment.
- Key User SAP: use and optimization of the ERP system (SAP).
Degree in related subjects, fluency in English, SAP knowledge, familiarity with the aforementioned areas, strategic vision, long-term people management, and consolidated experience in the role.
The profile is completed by problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and discretion. Good stress and deadline management skills. Location: West Milan.
