The International Department is at the forefront of revenue generation and the maintenance of revenue security from a range of opportunities presented across the vast product portfolio. This activity is represented mainly by stakeholder and/or account management. In this role the candidate will be a part of 24/7 support queue in delivering effective customer support to our partners via GUS Gateway. Which involves support on application processing, billing, access, and contract related queries. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Contribute to thriving sales team with great customer services and the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance. Provides sales and customer service support to customers calling, emailing, live chatting or instant messaging the team. · Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care. · Help customers register online and process their application. · Provide timely and accurate information to the customer and case documentation. · Generate outbound follow-up calls as required. · Successful support agents will need to be able to handle more than one chat at a time. · Answers enquires by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information. · Provide customer support via live chat, social media and email in a way that reflects our client's culture. · Assist customers in locating applications and / or provide status. · Explaining available contract options & assist with navigation of the site. · Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preference for financial qualifications
- Prior Chat support Experience
- Minimum of 3 years as a customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills (written, oral & email)
- Telephone etiquettes.
- Multitasking
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
- A positive and determined approach
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills including ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
