We're now looking for a Mid Salesforce Developer. This will be your day-to-day in Banca CF+:

• As part of the Product team, you’ll have the opportunity to design, develop, and expand our Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, and Voice Cloud) and external community (Experience Cloud) products, collaborating with a cross-functional team of experts;
• You’ll dive deep into Salesforce technologies and practices, from Salesforce admin configurations (data modelling, data access, UI and UX configurations) to no-to-low-code automations (flows), advanced Apex frameworks (trigger framework, logging, exception handling, test data factories, unit testing), LWC design, as well as integration patterns (REST, streaming API);
• You’ll perfect your ability to release quickly while ensuring top-notch quality at every step;
• You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our complex products, mastering the end-to-end process within our fintech domain;
• You’ll embrace and implement DevOps and GitOps best practices, working with package development models, scratch org framework, and CI/CD pipelines;
• You’ll play an active role in a dynamic, collaborative, and flexible team, where both personal and professional growth are top priorities.

Also, to apply to this position you'll need:

• MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field;
• Min 3 years of relevant experience on Salesforce implementation projects;
• Experience in developing Apex, LWC, Salesforce Setup Configuration ;
• Admin, Developer Salesforce Certifications (Architect Path and Experience Cloud Consultant would be a plus);
• Good communication skills with colleagues (tech/non-tech) and external providers;
• Teamwork focus attitude.
