descrizione	Salary: £12.21 per hour + bonus opportunity Location: Edinburgh We are multiple award-winning jewellers supplying luxury jewellery and Swiss timepieces to our clients since 1857. We are a family run business, passionate about our exquisite products and are experts at delivering a high end, luxury customer experience which is ‘A Cut Above’. The Concierge will play a vital role in elevating the customer experience for our Flagship store by creating a luxury first & last impression in order for us to remain ‘A Cut Above’. The Concierge will greet customers and clients, ensuring the safety and security of our store whilst always exuding warmth, energy, and enthusiasm. Your role: Greet customers and clients Provide a 5 star-level service to all guests in the store Represent the Chisholm Hunter brand Build an initial relationship with customers Act as a visual deterrent Liaise with police and other agencies Assist with VIP events Attend special promotional events to represent the brand, and to build relationships with existing customers and prospects What's in it for you: 29 days annual leave Tailored uniforms provided by the business Life Assurance Competitive salary based on experience Generous staff discount for you and your friends and family across Chisholm Hunter In order to be successful, we are looking for someone with: Previous Concierge / Commissionaire experience in a luxury establishment Passion and ability to build relationships with high-end customers Well-presented, polite, friendly and self-assured Experience in Loss Prevention & retail security would be highly advantageous
